What Is GLA:D Canada?

GLA:D (Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark) is a six-week group program designed to reduce pain and improve mobility for people with knee and hip osteoarthritis.

Grounded in the latest research, the program includes:

  • Osteoarthritis education

  • Tailored group exercise sessions

  • Core stability and posture training

  • Muscle strengthening and functional movement

Participants leave the program with practical skills and strategies to help manage symptoms and move more confidently in daily life.

What to Expect
