About Jordan

Jordan graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy as part of the first class of the MPT-North program through the University of British Columbia in 2022. Before that, he completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology in the Active Health and Rehab stream at Simon Fraser University, graduating with Distinction in 2017.

Born and raised in Prince George, Jordan has always embodied an active, outdoor lifestyle. Having spent many summers in the Kootenays visiting family, he was inspired to relocate to Kimberley in 2022 and begin his career at Kootenay Therapy Center.

Clinical Focus & Approach

Jordan utilizes a combination of soft tissue release, manual therapy, and evidence-based pain management strategies to help patients achieve full recovery and safely return to activity. His approach to Physiotherapy emphasizes empowerment — focusing on what can be done, rather than what may be temporarily limited.

He has completed his Level 1 Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy certification through the Canadian Division of Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy, as well as Level 1 certification in soft tissue release using the Bilotta technique.

As a former high-level athlete, Jordan has a particular interest in Concussion Treatment and dry needling, and plans to pursue further certification in these areas to continue expanding his practice.

Outside of work, you can find Jordan on the slopes, trails, and along the many lakes and rivers of the Kootenays with his wife and two dogs.
