Clinical Focus & Approach

Abby is a registered physiotherapist with a passion for supporting lifelong mobility, function, and quality of life. She believes in working collaboratively with her clients to understand their goals and develop individualized treatment plans.

Her approach blends exercise-based rehabilitation, hands-on therapy, and pain and injury education, with a focus on providing comprehensive, holistic care that supports both recovery and long-term mobility and health.

Abby has a particular interest in supporting older adults, managing osteoarthritis, and treating vestibular conditions. She is dedicated to continued learning in these areas to best support her clients’ long-term health and independence.

Outside of the Clinic

Outside of the clinic, Abby enjoys spending time on the ice or in the snow, rooted in a lifelong passion for figure skating and skiing. During the warmer months, she can often be found mountain biking or hiking throughout the Canadian Rockies where she grew up.
