About Angela
Angela completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and brings a wealth of experience from working in child and youth mental health, community services, and private practice. She has supported clients across a wide range of needs and life stages — including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Angela’s approach to therapy draws from several evidence-based modalities and emphasizes connection, safety, and growth. She believes that healing happens in relationship, and that every client deserves to be met with empathy, understanding, and respect.
Clinical Focus & Approach
Angela provides Clinical Counselling that is trauma-informed, compassionate, and deeply client-centered. She has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy for adolescents, and Sandtray Therapy.
Her practice supports individuals, couples, and families in navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Angela also designs and facilitates educational and therapeutic workshops, helping clients develop insight and practical tools for long-term emotional wellbeing.
Outside of the Clinic
When she’s not at work, Angela enjoys cooking, hiking, watching good shows, reading, and spending time with her partner and three children.
