About Courtney
Courtney was born and raised in Cranbrook. Following high school, she graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Kinesiology. She then moved further east to Saskatchewan and completed her Master of Physiotherapy in 2022 at the University of Saskatchewan.
In 2023, Courtney completed Level 1, 2, and 3 pelvic health education through Pelvic Health Solutions, expanding her clinical expertise in pelvic floor rehabilitation. After returning home to Cranbrook, she joined the team at Kootenay Therapy Center.
Clinical Focus & Approach
Courtney believes in working collaboratively with her clients to understand their goals and develop personalized treatment plans. Her approach to Physiotherapy blends education, exercise, and hands-on techniques, creating individualized programs based on each person’s unique lifestyle and needs.
She has advanced training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and takes a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to helping clients restore strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.
In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors in the mountains, catching up with family and friends, and adventuring with her partner and their two dogs.
