She is trained in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS), a targeted needling technique used to address chronic muscle tension, nerve irritation, and movement dysfunction.

Courtney integrates IMS with individualized exercise and hands-on therapy to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter most.

She also has advanced training in pelvic floor physiotherapy and supports individuals through pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery, as well as adults experiencing pelvic health concerns. Courtney takes a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to treatment, helping clients restore strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies.

Courtney has a special interest in working with individuals with hypermobility, recognizing the unique challenges they may face with pain, stability, and movement. She provides thoughtful, tailored care to help clients build resilience and feel more at home in their bodies.

Courtney believes in working collaboratively with her clients to understand their goals and develop personalized treatment plans. Her approach blends education, exercise, and hands-on techniques, creating individualized programs that reflect each person’s unique lifestyle, needs, and priorities. Grounded in clear communication and trauma-informed care, she strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and confident in their path forward.
