About Jenn

Jenn was born and raised in Calgary and completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Victoria. She later earned her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia as part of the first northern cohort in Prince George.

Before joining Kootenay Therapy Center, Jenn worked as a Rehabilitation Assistant in Whitehorse for three years, where she developed a deep appreciation for patient-centered care and community health.

Clinical Focus & Approach

Jenn has completed Level 1 Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy through the Canadian Division of Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy. She also offers Vestibular Rehabilitation and is a certified Level 2 Provider with Shift Concussion Management.

With a previous and current history as a high-level athlete, Jenn understands what it takes to rehabilitate an injury and successfully return to the sport and activities that you love. She is keen to work with individuals from all walks of life to help them achieve their personal recovery goals.

Jenn’s approach utilizes manual therapy techniques, active strategies, and evidence-based education to reduce pain, improve movement, and prevent further injury. She has a special interest in Concussion Treatment and vestibular dysfunction.

Outside of the Clinic

Jenn is an avid mountain biker, trail runner, cross-country skier, snowboarder, climber, and lover of all things mountain life. Through her own experiences with injuries and concussions, she has gained valuable insight into the physical, emotional, and social challenges that accompany recovery, helping her bring empathy and understanding to every patient she treats.
